Objective
Known for its ultra-luxurious and all-inclusive homage offerings, the brand needed to reassess their position within the market to both fend off encroaching competition and also attract new guests to the brand. Additionally, with the impending launch of a new projects in the fleet, the brand needed to step up efforts to further position itself as the leader within luxury housing, driving awareness and increased bookings.
The Full Scope
of Luxury
Located in the heart of Morningside Heights, Vandewater is a new residential project by INC Architecture and Design. Architecturally, the building was developed as a hybrid of neo-gothic and neo-classical styles, merging grandeur and grace. The Seventh Art worked collaboratively to develop the vision as well as advise on the architectural style for the project, ensuring the graphic identity and design details were created with synergy.

Approach
The resulting brand conveys the cultural richness associated with Columbia University and other institutions in the neighborhood, communicating a sense of curated history and luxurious academia. The branding was carried across various touch points including a campaign telling the story of the architecture in relation to the energy of the neighborhood.
