Samsung Electronics announced its revolutionary new washing machine technology QuickDrive™. At the heart of the  washing machine is Samsung’s exclusive QuickDrive™ technology, which provides consumers the power to dramatically reduce the time it takes to do a load of laundry in half. P&G serves consumers around the world with one of the strongest portfolios of trusted, quality, leadership brands, including Ariel. Samsung partnered with Ariel to offer consumers the time-saving solution they always wanted but never had, without compromising washing performance, energy efficiency, fabric care and durability.

Objective

Samsung’s QuickDrive™ technology cuts washing time by 50% and energy use by 20% without compromising the cleaning performance. Its unique Q-Drum™ consists of a large main drum and a plate in the back that rotates independently. To demonstrate the partnership of Samsung and Ariel that promises a groundbreaking performance of these two power players. Creating a revolutionary dynamic action powered by double forces that quickly, gently and thoroughly remove dirt to deliver an intense and complete wash cycle.

Approach

Idea is to simply keep it clean and crisp. Very straightforward information. The real estate of all the media is split into two solid sections, each owning the brand colors of Samsung and Ariel respectively mimicking the idea of time that is split into half by these two forces coming together. Playing with hierarchy what we want the consumers to see first and leading them to the website product pages.
